Debbi, You are fantastic! We really appreciate your help with finding an agent for our client in Canada. Our contact person was a past client, but the actual purchaser was a family member of his and he wasn?t very forthcoming with details ? even though he wanted our help. This slightly convoluted situation was making it difficult for me to make any progress with this referral. You managed to cut through all that and get him hooked up with Dave Beattie, a great agent in BC. I am even more excited that Dave managed to find them a place and get the deal closed! I have had US clients in the past who were quite unsuccessful with their attempts to buy in BC. I guess the market up there is pretty hot, and their offers kept getting passed over in favor of non-US buyers. Fortunately, our client didn?t have that problem with Dave.
